أمرت محكمة ملوي بالمنيا بإخلاء سبيل النائب عبد اللاه شعيب عضو مجلس الشورى، ومحمد فوزي أمين نقابة المعلمين بملوي، و12 آخرين بكفالة 2000 جنيه.

كانت ميليشيات الانقلاب قد اعتقلتهما منذ عدة شهور؛ تحت زعم العديد من التهم الملفقة.
